The classes will be back on after the easter hols and will start back on wed 4th of may at St Brides hall and back on the following Mon at hillsborough Elim. Still time to get yourself into shape before summer arrives! See you there.

Circuit Training Now On Wed Nights

This class will improve your fittness level fast! It will also work every muscle in your body giving you a high core strengh and explosive power which is necessary for racing downhill.

Mens Circuit Training Back Mon 10th!

img_9766If your looking to get fit, strong or lose the christmas belly then this class is for you! Circuit traing is a cardio workout designed to improve your fitness level by using every muscle group in the body! It also includes power to body weight exercises that will improve your explosive strength which is important if you compete in sports. But dont worry if your fitness level is low as each person works at there own level.
