Friday, June 24th, 2011Davey (Big Chief) Completes The Belfast Marathon

Davey ( Rosco’s Dad) completed the Belfast Marathon today in 4 hrs 37mins. This was his first time ever doing this and at the age of 54 it certainly wasnt easy!Davey was running to raise money for Sophie (Rosco’s Daughter) who was born with a condition called Microtia which meant her ears were not fully formed and is unable to hear properly without a hearing aid. So she will need quite a few operations as she grows up and thats why we have made an early start to raise the funds. Thanks to all who sponsored and please check back for info on further fundraising events.

This class will improve your fittness level fast! It will also work every muscle in your body giving you a high core strengh and explosive power which is necessary for racing downhill.

If your looking to get fit, strong or lose the christmas belly then this class is for you! Circuit traing is a cardio workout designed to improve your fitness level by using every muscle group in the body! It also includes power to body weight exercises that will improve your explosive strength which is important if you compete in sports. But dont worry if your fitness level is low as each person works at there own level.
